Patrick Sabongui (b. January 9, 1975, Montreal, Quebec, Canada) is a Canadian actor born to Egyptian immigrants in Montreal. Sabongui studied at Concordia University where he earned his BFA in Drama for Human Development and a Masters degree in acting from the University of California.
Sabongui's professional career includes stunt performance, theatre and teaching. In 2006 he took on the recurring role of Kanaan on the series Stargate Atlantis. He has also appeared on Smallville and has had roles in the films Timeline, 300, Darkness Waits, and Watchmen
