Patrick McGoohan

Patrick McGoohan (b. March 19, 1928, Astoria, New York) is an Emmy Award-winning American-Irish actor, writer, and director who created the British television series The Prisoner for which he wrote, directed and starred. Some fans may also recall his memorable portrayal of King Edward I in Braveheart. McGoohan also appeared in the films Scanners, Baby: Secret of the Lost Legend, The Phantom, Hysteria, and Treasure Planet.
