Often cast as in sinister roles in such films as Dementia 13 (1963), The Masque of the Red Death (1964), The Skull (1965), A Clockwork Orange (1971), Demons of the Mind (1971), Tales from the Crypt (1972), The Fiend (aka, Beware My Brethren, 1972), Asylum (1972), The Final Programme (1973), —And Now the Screaming Starts (1973), Bloodbath of Dr. Jekyll (1979), Hawk the Slayer (1980), The Black Cat (1980) and The Monster Club (1980).
