The headquarters of the magic based superhero team called Shadowpact is the Oblivion Bar, an establishment accessible only to mystics, and located in a magical dimension.

The fun thing about the Oblivion Bar is that its likely to be patronized by any magic user in the DC Universe. Cameos by both likely and obscure characters abound in any scene set there.

One of the mysterious doorways that access the bar is located in Gotham City, and used by the Shadowpact membership. The bar was originally owned by Jim Rook, otherwise known as the Nightmaster. It is now being run by Richard Deacon, a malformed flipper-armed character with roots in an early Batman story, who now has mystic powers of his own. Richard Deacon took over the bar over during the team’s one year absence, though allows the Shadowpact to still operate there.
