Nicolas Cage

Nicolas Cage (January 7, 1964 Long Beach, California - ) is an American actor and producer.

The Oscar-winning actor is a comic book fan. He took his professional name from the comic book character Luke Cage, and named his second son Kal-El, after Superman.

He has acted in a number of Sci Fi works, including starring as Johnny Blaze (Ghost Rider) in 2007.

As a Producer/Executive, he has worked on both movies (Shadow of the Vampire), and TV (The Dresden Files).

Cage has done some voice work, although it has not been a large part of his career.

In 2007, Cage and his son Weston collaborated on a graphic novel, Voodoo Child.
