Neverwhere is a fantasy television mini series created by Neil Gaiman and Lenny Henry. Set in London, the series centers on average man Richard Mayhew (Gary Bakewell). After helping an injured girl, Door (Laura Fraser), he is drawn into the world of the London Below, whose inhabitants are invisible to the London Above, from which Richard hails. Richard must navigate a world both familiar and alien filled with people from other times as well as the city's homeless.

Novelization

Though the mini series is not well remembered Gaiman's novelization proved more popular. The novel further expands on the elements of the miniseries.
