The Movellans are a race of beautiful androids in the British television series Doctor Who. They are chiefly known for their long war with the Daleks. The Movellans first appeared in the 1979 Doctor Who story "Destiny of the Daleks," in which it was revealed that they had fought the Dalek armada to a standstill. Although the Movellans do not actually appear in any other story, the ongoing conflict is mentioned in later Dalek stories.

Curiously, the Movellans attempt to hide their true nature. They pretend to be benevolent and somewhat enlightened biological life forms. However, they are in fact machines, and the show hints that their benevolence may be an act as well.
