Moon landing hoax

<span class="SFPTagline"> From SCIFIPEDIA </span>

The Moon landing hoax theory suggests that no man has ever set foot on the moon and for the landing what NASA showed was actually filmed at Area 51. This theory has some interesting points in its favor such as there being no stars in the background of the video, and also that the footprints could only be made in a soil with moisture.

There is a rebuttal for both of these:

  1. For the pictures with no stars, the rebuttal is that it is hard to get both the foreground and the background clearly in the same picture.
  2. The rebuttal for the footprints in the soil is that it was dust from the many crater impacts and that can leave footprints behind.
