Summary

With hundreds of 4400 falling ill world wide, NTAC decides to return them all to quarantine until the crisis is over. Tom and Diana discover Richard's safehouse. Lily becomes fearful and takes Isabelle away from the safehouse to a house provided by her ex husband.
