Milton Parsons (May 19, 1904 – May 15, 1980) Cadaverous-looking American supporting actor with a Karloff-like lisp. He made his movie début in 1939 and often turned up unbilled playing either a madman or a mortician. Hold That Ghost (1941), Whispering Ghosts (1942), Cry of the Werewolf (1944), The Monster That Challenged the World (1957), The Haunted Palace (1963), The Cat Creature (1973) and The Dead Don’t Die (1975). Perhaps his finest moment was as the escaped homicidal maniac John Channing in The Hidden Hand (1942).
