Milo Ventimiglia is an American actor born July 8, 1977 in Anaheim, California. He performed in school plays throughout his youth and at 18 he began auditioning for roles. He studied at UCLA but left school to take on his first acting job on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Since then, he's had steady acting jobs.

He guest starred in small roles on TV series and films like She's All That before winning a major role in 2000 on the short lived series Opposite Sex as Jed Perry. The series also starred Smallville actress Allison Mack. He guest starred on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and appeared in the film Winter Break. He won recurring roles on Boston Public and American Dreams before taking one the role of Jesse Mariano on Gilmore Girls. In 2006 he starred in another short lived series, The Bedford Diaries.

Ventimiglia can currently be seen in the NBC series Heroes in which he plays Peter Petrelli. He also appeared in the 2006 boxing movie, Rocky Balboa, as Sylvester Stallone's son.
