Power Rangers is a hit children's television action show, one heavily focused on Sci Fi and fantasy.

The show first began in 1993, with Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, spawning a huge franchise that has made over $4 billion in merchandise sales alone. There have been two theatrical films.

The show is produced by Disney, which bought out the previous producers and acquired the rights to the show. The first six seasons built one long storyline, but the following seasons have each been self-contained, one-season narratives. Each season takes place in the same "dimension" as the others, however, for continuity.

The show has just completed its 14th season, subtitled Mystic Force, with its 15th season (Operation Overdrive) to premiere in February.
