He is best known for his role as Logan Cale in the science fiction TV series Dark Angel.

His first TV role was on the TV series, The Cosby Show in which he played Theo's roomate. He later moved to Los Angeles where he landed guest roles in several films and series including Pier 66, Jesse, The Crow: Stairway to Heaven and Charmed. Currently he stars as Anthony DiNozzo in the CBS show Navy NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service.
