Michael Carreras (December 21, 1927 – April 19, 1994) Son of Sir James Carreras (1909-1990), who founded Hammer Films, he worked as an executive producer for the studio until he took control from 1971 until 1979. As a producer, director and writer for Hammer (sometimes under the pseudonyms “Henry Younger” or “Michael Nash”) he worked on such films as The Ugly Duckling (1959), The Two Faces of Dr. Jekyll (1960), The Curse of the Mummy’s Tomb (1964) and Blood from the Mummy’s Tomb (1971).
