Michael Beach

Michael Anthony Beach (b. October 3, 1963, Roxbury, Massachusetts) is an American actor best known for his role on the series Third Watch as Monte Parker.

Beach began acting in high school and later attended New York's Julliard School. After Julliard, he began his professional career in regional theatre and off-Broadway productions. He moved to Los Angeles where he continued to appear in theatre productions and slowly built his on screen credits. He made his genre film debut in James Cameron's The Abyss and increased his profile appearing on Quantum Leap, Knight Rider 2010. and, in 1995, Waiting to Exhale alongside Angela Bassett and Whitney Houston. He followed up with a recurring role on the medical drama ER and in 1999 voiced a role on the animated series Spawn. Other notable genre appearances include Touched by an Angel, Ms. Scrooge, a voice role on Justice League, and a recurring role on Stargate Atlantis as Colonel Abe Ellis.
