Michael is a 1996 comedic fantasy from director Nora Ephron. John Travolta stars as the archangel Michael, who has been reported to be living with an old woman in rural Iowa. Two tabloid reporters travel to Iowa to investigate and discover the angel is nothing like they expected. Though they aren't inclined to believe him, his feathery wings are sound evidence even if he smokes, drinks, curses, and enjoys the company of women.
