Martin Kosleck

Martin Kosleck (Nicolai Yoshkin) (March 24, 1904January 15, 1994) Russian character actor and former artist, who appeared on the stage in Germany working under Max Reinhardt before arriving in Hollywood in 1932. Usually cast as Nazis, weasely killers or homicidal maniacs, he played the villain in such films as The Mad Doctor (1940), The Mummy’s Curse (1944), The Frozen Ghost (1945), House of Horrors (1946), She-Wolf of London (1946) and The Flesh Eaters (1964). Kosleck portrayed Joseph Goebbels in three different movies. Poor health forced him into retirement.
