Martin Cummins (b. November 28, 1969) is a Canadian actor from North Delta, British Columbia. Cummins is a familiar face to genre fans, appearing in several popular series, perhaps most memorably, his regular role on the series Poltergeist: The Legacy as Nick Boyle and his recurring role on Dark Angel as Ames White in the series' second season. Cummins attended the Vancouver Actors Studio where he studied acting under Mel Tuck.

Cummins also ventured into writing and directing. He directed four episodes of Poltergeist: The Legacy and wrote the semi-autobiographical film, We All Fall Down which he also directed and produced. The movie starred several of his Legacy costars, as well as Rene Auberjonois and Ryan Reynolds, and he was nominated for a Leo award for his script. Helen Shaver won a Genie award for her performance in the film.
