Marco Sanchez (b. January 9, 1970) is an American actor from Los Angeles, California. Sanchez has guest starred on many popular series but may be best known to genre fans in the role of Sensor Chief Miguel Ortiz on the series seaQuest DSV. He attended the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television and graduated with BA. He also attended the British-American Drama Academy and has performed on stage with the Buffalo Nights Theatre Company. Other genre credits include appearances on The Pretender, Charmed, and Ghost Whisperer.
