Marco Pacella is a fictional character on the series The 4400. Marco works in the theory room with several other intelligent people whose job is to figure out the reason why the 4400 were sent back and to track the ripple effects of their activities. Marco and his team aid agents Tom Baldwin and Diana Skouris in figuring out what the 4400 are capable of and their goals.

Marco has helped on several cases including the mystery of Tess Doerner's ability to manipulate others in building a strange device. He also worked with Tom and Diana on the case of Jean DeLynn Baker ("Carrier") and the missing children in ("Gone, Part 1"). Marco also helped figure out the reason behind the murders of individuals with the Starzl Mutation.

Marco became interested in Diana and the two struck up a friendship and eventual romantic relationship. Diana later broke off the relationship after having a vision of her former fiancee that led her to believe the relationship wasn't fair to either of them. Marco read Diana's daughter Maia's diary which documented his death at some point in the future.
