Marc McClure (b. March 31, 1957, San Mateo, California) is an American actor who may be best remembered by Superman fans for his role as Jimmy Olsen in the Superman films of the 70s and 80s. McClure made his feature film and genre debut in the 1976 film Freaky Friday. In addition to Superman, his genre performances include Supergirl (1984), Amazon Women on the Moon (1987), Back to the Future (1985), Chances Are (1989), Back to the Future Part III (1990), Epoch (2000), Venomous (2002) , Freaky Friday (2003) and a guest appearance on Smallville.
