Luciana Carro <span class="SFPTagline"> From SCIFIPEDIA </span>  Luciana Carro (b. March 23, 1981) is a Canadian actress of Italian descent born in Toronto, Ontario. Encouraged by her parents, she pursued acting ultimately moving to Vancouver to explore professional opportunities. Her early roles include appearances on Point Blank, The Chris Isaak Show, The Da Vinci's Inquest, and Peacemakers. In 2004, She also appeared in the films Passageway, and White Chicks. She had a recurring role on the Showtime series The L Word and made two appearances on Smallville as a waitress and the Kayrin. In 2006, she starred in Dr. Dolittle 3 and had a recurring role as Stephanie Meyer on Everwood. Carro began appearing on the Sci Fi Channel series Battlestar Galactica as pilot Louanne Katraine in 2004. She played the character during the series' second and third seasons. She appeared in the comedy Blades of Glory in 2007.
