Synopsis

Awkward young man Elton Pope is obsessed with finding the mysterious time traveler known as the Doctor. He has even managed to become friends with a number of other folks who are also interested in the mysterious wanderer. However, when the enigmatic Victor Kennedy joins the circle of friends, things quickly spin out of control. Who is he really?
