Kung Fu: The Legend Continues was a 1993 TV series based on the 1972 TV series, Kung Fu. The series starred David Carradine reprising his role as a Shao Lin priest from the original series as the grandson of Kwai Chang Caine (who had been named after his grandfather). Chris Potter starred as his long lost son Peter who became separated from his father in a monastery fire in his youth. Believing each other to have died, the two lived separate lives but later reunited when Peter was an adult and a detective in San Francisco.
This Kwai Chang's abilities were more supernatural than his grandfather's were usually shown to be.

It's usually best to give a very general overview to a story first, then plot details. When including the plot or essential details in your article (which could ruin the pleasure of discovery for some readers), it is important to include the spoiler tag before any give-away material.
