Klorel is a fictional character on the series Stargate SG-1. Klorel is a Goa'uld and the son of the System Lord, Apophis. Apophis chose the Abydonian youth Skaara as host for his son. Klorel joined Apophis in leading a fleet to destroy Earth. SG-1 stowed away on board Klorel's Ha'tak and Jack O'Neill attempted to get through to Skaara, unsuccessfully. He was forced to kill him to save Daniel Jackson but Master Bra'tac saved his life by placing him in a sarcophagus in order to buy time to save Earth.

SG-1 and Bra'tac managed to thwart Apophis attempt to wipe out Earth and both Apophis and Klorel's ships were destroyed. Apophis and Klorel managed to escape through the Stargate.

Klorel was seen again two years later when he crash landed on Tollana while fleeing from Heru'ur. The Tollans called on SG-1 to advocate on behalf of Skaara while the Goa'uld Zipacna represented Klorel in a triad to determine who should be allowed to control Skara's body. The neutral Arkon, Lya of the Nox voted in favor of Skaara and Klorel was removed from his body by the Tok'ra and sent to the Goa'uld planet of his choice.
