Kirsten Prout (b. September 28, 1990, Vancouver, British Columbia) is a Canadian actor who has appeared in several genre productions. Some may remember her as Abby Miller, a teenage sidekick to Elektra Natchios in the 2005 film Elektra. She is also known in the role of Amanda Bloom on the ABC series, Kyle XY. Prout became interested in acting a small child. She made her television debut in The Linda McCartney Story at age nine and her genre film debut in Once Upon a Christmas and her other movie appearances include Mindstorm, Twice Upon a Christmas and The Wedding Dress. Prout has also made guest appearances on Mysterious Ways, Night Visions, Jeremiah, Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction, The Dead Zone, Stargate SG-1, and Cold Squad.
