Kerr Van Cleve Smith (b. March 9, 1972 in Exton, Pennsylvania) is an American actor. Smith graduated from Henderson High School in West Chester and later attended the University of Vermont. Genre audiences may remember Smith for his appearance Final Destination and his role on the fantasy series Charmed as FBI agent Kyle Brody. Other noteworthy roles include the vampire horror thriller The Forsaken, a starring role in Pressure, and guest appearances on The Outer Limits, The Closer, and a regular role on the series Justice alongside Victor Garber.
