Katja von Garnier (b. December 15, 1966, Wiesbaden, Germany
)is a German director. She studied at the Academy for Television and Film (HFF) in Munich. Garnier directed several German short films before making her American television debut, directing the Golden Globe-winning HBO drama, Iron Jawed Angels. In 2007, she directed the werewolf feature, Blood and Chocolate.
