Captain Jonathan Power is the leader of a specialized group of rebels who use the Power Suits to fight Lord Dread's forces.

The son of Doctor Stuart Gordon Power, the inventor of the suits, Jon assumed the leadership role when his father was killed at the hands of Lyman Taggart, the man who transformed himself into Lord Dread. The whereabouts of Jon's mother, Morgana, were unknown, but it is almost certain Dr. Power was raising his son alone at the time Lyman Taggart became Lord Dread.

Aside from his leadership skills, Captain Power's specialty was his sidearm and the staff.

Captain Power was played by Tim Dunigan on the television series.
