Jolinar of Malkshur is a fictional character on the series Stargate SG-1. Jolinar is a member of the Tok'ra.

The symbiote, Jolinar, was hunted by a Goa'uld assasin, an Ashrak, and was forced to abandon the Nassyan man in whom she'd taken refuge, and invade Samantha Carter's body to survive. When she was discovered, she was imprisoned by Stargate Command who mistook her for an evil Goa'uld. The Ashrak, was sent to kill her and succeeded in doing so before he could be killed. Jolinar gave her life in order to ensure that Carter would survive. ("In the Line of Duty"). The incident proved traumatic for Carter but she recovered and discovered she retained some of Jolinar's memories as well as a protein marker and naquadah in her blood stream that enables her to use Goa'uld technology.

Jolinar's memories led SG-1 to seek out and learn about the Tok'ra. Among the Tok'ra, Carter met Jolinar's mate, Martouf/Lantash. Jolinar and her host Rosha had an intimate relationship with Martouf/Lantash for over 100 years. ("The Tok'ra, Part 1").

In ("Jolinar's Memories"), Martouf recruited SG-1 to help rescue Jacob Carter/Selmak from Ne'tu where he had been imprisoned by Sokar. Martouf hoped Carter's memories of Jolinar would help them escape as she is the only one known to have escaped the hellish planet. Once there however, Carter realized that Jolinar was severely tortured and was forced seduce the appointed ruler of Ne'tu, Bynarr in order to escape. She was deeply ashamed and damaged by the experience.
