John Connor (b. February 28, 1985) is a fictional character created by James Cameron. John is the son of Sarah Connor and the target of deadly robots from the future in the film Terminator 2: Judgment Day. In Judgment Day the character was portrayed by Edward Furlong. Nick Stahl took over the role for the series' third installment, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines. In 2008, Thomas Dekker took on the role of a teen Connor in the TV series Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
