Jessica Steen (b. December 19, 1965, Toronto, Ontario) is a Canadian actress known among American genre fans for role in the short-lived series Earth 2 and the syndicated series Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future. Stargate fans will also remember Steen for her guest appearance in the role of Dr. Elizabeth Weir, a role that would be later played by Torri Higginson.

Steen made her feature film in the 1981 film, Threshold. She has since made regular appearances in television movies and series. Among her regular series roles is the historical drama Homefront, the crime drama Killer Instinct and recurring roles on Navy NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service , Heartland and Murder One. Her genre roles include appearances on Touched by an Angel, The Pretender, The Outer Limits, the 1998 movie, Armageddon, Judgment, Mutant X, Charmed, Left Behind: World at War, Supernatural, and Vipers.
