Jessica Collins (b. Jessica Lynn Capogna, April 1, 1971, Schenectady, New York) is an American actress who may be remembered as drug addicted lawyer Meredith Davies on the short-lived series Tru Calling and as Colleen on American Dreams. Collins was first runner-up in the 1988 Miss Teen USA Pageant. After graduating Amsterdam High School, she attended the Royal National Theatre studio in London and the Howard Fine Actor's Studio in L.A. She made her television debut pm the soap Loving and followed up with her genre debut in a guest role on the short-lived sci fi series M.A.N.T.I.S.. She also made appearances on Renegade, Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, Star Trek: Voyager, Leprechaun 4: In Space, Ritual, Best of the Best: Without Warning,and Beautiful . Her first recurring roles came in 2002 with American Dreams and in 2003, Tru Calling.
