James Spader

James Todd Spader (b. February 7, 1960) is an American actor born in Boston, Massachusetts. He is known for taking on off beat roles and perhaps best known to genre fans as Dr. Daniel Jackson in Stargate. He currently stars on Boston Legal alongside William Shatner as Alan Shore.
