Isabel Amanda Evans is a fictional character on the series Roswell portrayed by Katherine Heigl. Isabel and her brother Max, were discovered naked in the desert and adopted by Philip and Diane Evans. Unknown to their parents, both children were alien-human hybrids sent to Earth for their protection. She grew up with her brother as seemingly normal children. They later developed decidedly inhuman abilities that, in addition to their origin set them apart from other people.
