Isaac Asimov Presents the Great SF Stories 1 (1939) is the first volume in Isaac Asimov Presents The Great SF Stories, a series of short story anthologies which attempt to present the best stories from each year of “The Golden Age” of science fiction. This volume includes twenty stories which were published during the year 1939, each presented with an introduction by editors Martin Greenberg and Isaac Asimov.
