Inside the Flying Saucers (aka Inside the Space Ships) is a book by 1950s contactee George Adamski.
Cover blurb (1974 Warner paperback 7th printing): "The Strangest Journey Ever Made! One man's startling account of his amazing encounters with creatures from Mars, Saturn and Venus aboard UFO's on Earth--and in outer space!"
Summary
Adamski continues his account of his personal contact with aliens that he began in Flying Saucers Have Landed. Things have evolved considerably from his first meeting in the desert, where he communicated through improvised sign language. Not only does he travel in the ships (Venusian and Saturnian), but he has casual conversations with aliens in Earthly diners.
