Inkheart is a 2009 family fantasy adventure based on the Cornelia Funke novel of the same name. Iain Softley directs while David Lindsay-Abaire provides the screen adaptation. Brendan Fraser stars as Mo 'Silvertongue' Folchart, who has the ability to bring characters from novels to live. He brings to life three characters from Inkheart a story set in magical medieval times. Eliza Bennet plays his daughter Meggie, who must escape the grasps of one of the story's evil villains.
