I Dream of Jeannie is an American sitcom that first aired in 1965. The series aired 139 episodes on NBC before coming to an end in 1970. The series starred Barbara Eden as a genie and Larry Hagman as an astronaut who becomes her master. The two eventually fall in love and marry but not before a long series of magical shenanigans.
