Human Residue is a low budget UK thriller directed by Chris Bouchard and Mike Ritchie. Shot with a cast of volunteer stage actors, the film is an atmospheric horror thriller that hinges on the idea of what if humans simply disappeared over night? In the film, seven volunteers take part in a three and a half week temporal isolation experiment. At the end of their experiment, no one comes to release them. They all escape but discover the facility and surrounding areas abandoned, completely devoid of human life.

Bouchard intends to release the movie free on the internet and is dependent on sponsorship, grants, and fan donations for its budget.
