Horror of Fang Rock is a four episode serial that opened season 15 of long running program Doctor Who. Its first episode premiered in Britain on September 3, 1977.

Synopsis

When the TARDIS materializes on Fang Rock, a small island off the English coast near the beginning of the 20th century, the Doctor and Leela make way for the only sign of habitation apparent: a lighthouse. But the Doctor, the lighthouse keepers and the passengers of a ship that has run aground are not the only ones who gather at the lighthouse. Something quite sinister lurks out in the fog...
