He That Believeth in Me is episode 1 of Battlestar Galactica season 4. The title likely refers to the biblical verse:
"... he that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: and whosoever liveth and believeth in Me shall never die."
— John 11:24-26

Plot

The four newly revealed Cylons worry that they may not have complete control of their actions. Caprica Six feels that the final five are close but Sharon Agathon appears unaware of any change. During the battle against the Cylon fleet, Anders is unable to fire, having forgotten to remove the safety. While tracking a cylon raider, he is scanned and the vessel retreats as does the rest of the Cylon fleet. The fleet loses one civilian vessel with 600 people on board in the battle, and space park suffers significant damage.

Lee is overjoyed to have Starbuck back, as is Anders but no one else is as ready to believe in her miracle return from the dead and they suspect she may be a Cylon. Kara claims to have seen Earth and taken pictures and believes it's only been a few hours since she left Galactica. Investigation of her vessel however, shows its brand new with no navigation data.

Adama assigns Starbuck to work on finding Earth in the star charts but she is unable to do so claiming she can only "feel" the direction. Believing her guidance untrustworthy, Roslin refuses to follow her lead and continues their intended course. Starbuck has blinding headaches and insists they are going the wrong way. Anders assures her that if she is a cylon, he'll love her anyway but she informs him that if she discovered he was a cylon, she'd shoot him. Desperate to set the fleet on the path she believes is right, Starbuck overcomes her guards and holds Roslin at gunpoint.

Baltar is taken to Spacepark where he discovers he has a rather devout following. Jeanne brings her son to him and Baltar prays for his health offering his own life in exchange to the one true god. When he is attacked by men wanting vengeance, he bravely accepts their judgment but is rescued from the brink of death by one of his followers. When Jeanne's son recovers, his cult following only grows more devout and move toward monotheism.
