History

In the episode "Hathor", archaeologists unearthed her sarcophagus and were stunned to find it covered in Egyptian hieroglyphics. The sarcophagus was opened and Hathor emerged. She killed the archaeologists and escaped. She was drawn by the naquadah in the stargate to Cheyenne Mountain, where she was taken into custody by the guards who assumed she was insane.

Hathor's knowledge of the Stargate convinced them that she should be taken seriously however, and she was taken into the SGC to be questioned. Hathor claimed to be one with her host and referred to herself as "we". She soon learned Ra had been killed and she quickly won over the men of the SGC. Hathor exuded a potent pheromone that allowed her to control men. She soon took over the SGC and imprisoned the few women on the base.

Hathor used Daniel Jackson's DNA to spawn a pool of goa'uld larvae with the intention of creating an army of Jaffa to begin her takeover of the planet and eventually attack the System Lords. She made Colonel O'Neill one of her Jaffa before Carter, Janet Fraiser, Teal'c and a few female airmen managed to regain control of the SGC. Hathor escaped through the stargate and O'Neill was healed using Hathor's sarcophagus.

Two years later, Hathor kidnapped Jack O'Neill, Daniel Jackson, and Samantha Carter and took them to a replica of the SGC. They were awoken from stasis and led to believe they were eighty years in the future. They were made to answer questions about the System Lords and Earth's allies and enemies in order to fill in what Hathor had missed for the past few thousand years.

SG-1 told her about several important events and about The Asgard before O'Neill became suspicious after hearing one of the technicians speaking goa'uld. He escaped and found Carter and Daniel. They discovered a replica of the gate room and were confronted by Hathor. She implanted O'Neill with a goa'uld symbiote but he was saved by a Tok'ra operative, Raully who placed him in stasis before the goa'uld could take over and the goa'uld died. Hathor discovered the traitor and attacked Raully. Carter and O'Neill were rescued by Colonel Makepeace and they in turn rescued Colonel O'Neill. When Hathor attacked Carter, O'Neill awoke in time to grab Hathor and throw her into the cryogenic tank where she died.
