Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is the seventh novel in the Harry Potter novel series by J. K. Rowling. The novel was published on July 21, 2007 and is the final novel in the series. It is, to date, the fast selling novel in history, selling over eleven million copies in its first twenty-four hours of its release, beating out its predecessor Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
