Harry Lampert (b. November 3, 1916, NY - November 13, 2004) was an American comics artist well known as the co-creator of the DC Comics superhero, Flash. Lampert also worked on several other well known animated cartoon characters such as Betty Boop, Popeye, and Koko the Clown.
