Harrison Ford <span class="SFPTagline"> From SCIFIPEDIA </span>  Harrison Ford (b. July 13, 1942) is a popular American actor best known for his heroic turns in action adventure roles. He was born in Chicago, Illinois and is of Irish and Russian-Jewish descent. Genre roles include Han Solo in Star Wars, Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back and Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi. He has appeared in the acclaimed Scifi film, Blade Runner and the three Indiana Jones adventure films Raiders of the Lost Ark, and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade . He took a villainous turn in What Lies Beneath and is scheduled to appear in a fourth Indiana Jones film, Indiana Jones 4.
Personal LifeFord married Mary Marquardt in 1964. They had two children, Benjamin, and Willard They divorced in 1979. He remarried to Melissa Mathison in 1983 and they had two children a son, Malcolm, and a daughter, Georgia. They divorced in 2004. Since his divorce, he has been in a relationship with Callista Flockhart.
