Synopsis

The Doctor returns to New New York in the year Five Billion and Forty-Three (some three decades after his last visit), but something has gone terribly wrong. The citizens are living out their lives stuck in a perpetual traffic jam and something sinister from the Doctor's past lurks below. Meanwhile, the Face of Boe seeks to impart his final message to the Doctor before it's too late.
