The Grey Council is the ruling body of the Minbari Federation in the Babylon 5 TV series. The council is comprised of three members of each of the three castes of Minbari society, three from the worker caste, three from the warrior caste, and three from the religious caste. Members of the Grey Council are formally addressed with the honorific of Satai.
