Gregory Peck (April 5, 1916 – June 12, 2003) is an Academy Award-winning American actor. This Oscar-winning Hollywood legend played Robert Thorn, the adoptive father of Satan's spawn in the original The Omen (1976). Peck also starred in Alfred Hitchcock's Spellbound (1945), the big-screen adaptation of Ira Levin's The Boys from Brazil (1978), Marooned (1969), and in the original Cape Fear (1962) as well as Martin Scorsese's 1991 remake.
