Grant Shaud (February 27, 1961 Evanston, Illinois - ) is an American actor and sometimes voice artist.
Mainstream audiences know him best as Murphy Brown's often-stressed boss, Miles Silverberg. He also played an "is he or isn't he" devil on the popular Drew Carey Show.
He entered the Batman universe voicing The Pack Rat (aka Harry Loomis) in a comedian-themed episode of Batman: The Animated Series. He has also voiced characters in The Wild Thornberrys and the theatrical release, Antz.
His live-action genre work includes an appearance as The Toymaker (Harold Krisptly) on Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, and as Peter Walsh in The Crow: The Salvation.
